Can I get an estimate from photos?
Yes. Photos give us a head start, and we'll confirm the estimate once we've seen the car in person.
Why can't you give me a firm price online?
Photos only show part of the damage, and some of it can sit behind a panel. We'll confirm the estimate once we've seen the car, before any work starts.
Do I need to know if I'm claiming on insurance?
No. Choose "Not sure yet" and tell us when you know. For smaller damage, paying privately can make sense if the repair costs less than your excess.
Do I need an appointment?
It helps. Send photos through the form or call ahead so the team is ready for you. Opening hours vary by location, so check your workshop's page.
