These terms apply to your use of fixauto.co.nz, run by Fix Auto NZ ("we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to them.
Our workshops
Each Fix Auto Collision location in New Zealand is independently owned and operated under licence. When you book or have work done, your agreement is with that workshop, and its own terms of trade apply to the repair.
Estimates
Estimates requested through this website are a starting point, not a fixed price. Photos only show part of the damage, so the workshop will confirm the estimate once they've seen your vehicle, and before any work starts.
Repair timeframes are estimates too. The workshop will let you know if anything changes, for example if parts are delayed or more damage is found.
Information on this website
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, including opening hours and the services each workshop offers. It can change, so please check with your workshop before you visit.
Content on this website is general information. It isn't professional, legal or insurance advice. For questions about your insurance cover, talk to your insurer.
Using the website
Please don't:
- send false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms
- upload anything that infringes someone else's rights, or contains viruses or harmful code
