Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- A "skip to content" link and keyboard navigation for every link, button and form field, with a visible focus outline.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Clear headings and page structure, and labelled form fields.
- Text and colour combinations chosen for readable contrast.
- Animation reduced for people who turn on "reduce motion" in their device settings.
- Videos that never play on their own, and that only load when you press play.
- A layout that works on phones, tablets and desktops, and when text is enlarged.
- A phone number for every workshop, for anyone who'd rather not use a form.
Known limitations
- Embedded Google Maps come from Google and may not be fully accessible. Every location page also lists the full address and a link to directions.
- Photo uploads in the estimate form are optional. You can call your workshop instead.
Feedback and help
If something on this website doesn't work for you, or you need information in a different format, please let us know and we'll do our best to help. You can also call any of our workshops; their numbers are on the locations page.

How we check
We test the website with automated tools and by hand, including keyboard-only use and screen readers, and review it when we make changes.
